Complex aromas of freshly cut pink lady apples, quince, jasmine and an intriguing note of wet slate.

The palate is rich and gently textural up front, with flavours reminiscent of spiced baked apple and citrus zest. Bright acidity comes to the fore mid palate, leading the way to a fresh dry finish.

Harvested in April 2022. Our Pinot Gris was destemmed and crushed before being pressed to stainless steel tanks for settling. Fermented with yeast selected to retain varietal expression. Fermentation stopped with a small amount of residual sugar.
